We’re trying to connect our Amiga to our university network, which uses 802.1x username/password authentication. The wifi manager UI only allows basic password-based wifi networks to be added.

Is there any supported way to connect to an enterprise network? I was thinking this could be done with a custom wpa\_supplicant.conf file, but not sure if that would get overwritten by the manager.

Update: was able to do this using the NetworkManager CLI once I had SSH access via a mobile hotspot.

Hey @adamskrz,

Sorry the late response, but great to hear you figured this out… This is indeed a limitation on our Brain on networks like eduroam, which came up multiple times in the past. I recommended other workarounds in the past but didn’t know NetworkManager CLI… do you mind sharing more about how you did with the group?

thank you very much in advance
