# Pendant issue, estop not resolavable

Hello,

at some point last week the amiga dashboard stopped to recognize the pendant. There was nothing done during that period of time. The amiga just stood in the shop. The pendant seems fine and multiple reboots of the system as well as dis- and reconnecting the pendant didn’t help. Since the pendant is not detected the amiga is defaulting into estop and the issue cant be cleared. Is this issue known and is there a (potential) fix except a new one?

I would be grateful for any advice, since we wanted to collect some data.

It looks good indeed. let’s do 2 tests:

- disconnect the pendant from the back of the dash and connect it in other CAN port - these are the 12 Pin M12 ports on the forks under the side panels.

- click that padlock icon on the pendant settings page. does that clear all errors?

The most likely cause on these cases is the pendant cable, which we unfotunatelly custom-made, but we have plenty in stock.
