We have released a new version of our OS and the Amiga Development kit! Starting today, your Brains will receive major performance updates on Oak cameras streaming and recording.
what’s changed since v2.3.0:
- Camera Stream Quality: the images showing on our Brain apps have now better quality, drastically reducing the noticeable compression artifacts on v2.3.0.
- Camera topics recording: the encoding/decoding process for recorded images was improved, allowing the users to record all 4 cameras without limiting the Brain’s performance.
- Persistent date/time tracking: the Brain now accurately tracks the correct date and time across power-offs, even when it does not have access to Wi-Fi for NTP updates
- Recording Profiles: you can save different sets of topics for different tasks and return to them later in a few clicks.
Breaking changes:
Some events have additional timestamps. Note which one to use for backwards compatibility. While it is possible to retrieve event stamps by indexing them by order, we strongly recommend you to do so by
