Hi, I am developing a project in south texas with the amiga for data collection in corn, sorghum and cotton.
I am trying yo visualize the RGB data from the brain if the amiga into my mac computer using a flash drive, but it says the format is not supported, what can I do?
Dear Oscar,
Thanks for reaching out! Please check our File Reader Example to see how to visualize imagery from a bin log file on your computer.
Thanks,
Gui
I’ll add a link for the File Converter | Farm-ng Developers example in case you want to generate .jpg or .mp4 files of your recorded data to share with others.
Good luck!
Kyle
Hello,
Wanted to add to this conversation on using the USB Export functionality for the Amiga.
Double checking which format the USB drive is in (OS Amiga 2.0)? Currently I have:
- Plugged in the USB after opening the app
- Tested both on exFAT and ext4 format.
Hey @earlranario
I tested here and both exFAT and ext4 worked. Actually, any filesystem supported by the Linux Kernel should work. Case it is not mounting, here are some options to try:
- make sure your USB drive does not have partitions.
- check
farmng-udiskie.service
. This is the service that detects and mounts te disks. Let me know if you need help on this.
Hi @MScatolin ,
Thank you for the response. I have reformatted the drives and did some more testing. I am still running into problems.
- The
farmng-udiskie.service
is activated. it starts off as activating but eventually becomes active - I opened the file manager app and then plug in the usb. Is this the correct way to do it?
- I’ve tried plugging in the usb first and then open file manager but it doesn’t work also.
Do we need to do a software update?
