Fuse blown immediately after connecting to the brain

Whenever I connect m12 cable to the brain(ofc from the canhub), the fuse in the fork B gets blown. Without connecting to the brain, the amiga can run without any problem. Can you help me to detect an issue?

I already checked there is no damage on the CAN cables. Moreover, I replaced the m12 cable to the brain with a new one, but the same problem happened. So, the cable part is not a problem.

We used the brain only a few hours in total.

Thanks to the email exchange with the support team, we figured out that there are some resistence between pin2 and 3 of the power connector of the brain.

Yes, we will open the Brain and check the board that powers it up.
